

IARC Mentorship Fellows Program
The IARC Mentorship Fellows Program is a prestigious, selective training initiative designed to develop leadership, project management, innovation, and mentorship skills in IARC members. Fellows are prepared to take on high-level roles within the club, support studios, mentor peers, and represent the club in professional and academic settings. Completion of the program grants Principal Member status and a resume-worthy title.
2025 Program Timeline:
Winter Break (Virtual, Dec 1–19)

Eligibility:

Must be a current IARC member

Can apply to multiple Fellowship tracks simultaneously
Review & Selection:

Applications reviewed by Fellowship program lead

Selection criteria: motivation, experience, and commitment

Each track has 5 live spots (small, exclusive cohort)

Waitlist: Strong applicants not selected for Winter Break may participate asynchronously in Spring Break

Practice Fellow
Partner with Studio Directors to manage projects
